Kentucky Country Music Hall of Famer Tom T. Hall Passed Away at 85


NASHVILLE, Tennessee. (WTVQ) – Country Music Hall of Fame member from Kentucky has passed away.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Grand Ole Opry have shared commemorative messages online for singer-songwriter Tom T. Hall, who died aged 85.

Hall was born in 1936 in Olive Hill, Carter County.

He wrote several hit songs and was perhaps best known for “Harper Valley PA”.
