Grammy-nominated country music star and actor Trace Adkins is coming to DeKalb County to perform at this year’s Sandwich Fair.
Adkins will appear at the Sandwich Fair concert on Friday night. The show will take place from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, September 9, with the concert doors opening at 7 p.m.
Tickets will be available online beginning at 10 a.m. on July 15.
There are different ticket prices with different seating options. Tickets are $40 for the pit area, a separate area near the stage with limited availability that is reserved for standing room without chairs. Tickets are $30 for the festival-style area which includes standing room, bleachers and space to bring your own chair. Disabled seats are also available.
Tickets can be purchased until the event or while supplies last.
Concert tickets do not include entry to the fair. General admission tickets are available at the front door after parking. Parking is included with admission.
Before 5 p.m. on Friday, September 9, children 12 and under are admitted free and those 13 and over are admitted for $7. After 5 p.m., adult general admission tickets are $10; admission tickets for children 6-12 are $7; and children 5 and under are admitted free.
The Sandwich Fair takes place Wednesday through Sunday after Labor Day each year. This year the fair takes place Wednesday to Sunday, September 7-11, at the Sandwich Fairgrounds, 15730 Pratt Road in Sandwich.
